UCO’s impactful programs have reached numerous asnaf, single mothers, and orphans, creating tangible change and allowing families to achieve greater stability and self-sufficiency in their everyday lives.

A History of Compassion and Service

Established on February 16, 2017, Pertubuhan Cakna Ummah Kelantan (UCO) arose from a vision to support disadvantaged groups in society. Over the years, UCO has been proactive in conducting community outreach programs, providing aid, and fostering social responsibility among its members and supporters, contributing significantly to the upliftment of the less fortunate in Kelantan.

From its humble beginnings, UCO has grown into a respected organization in Malaysia, continuously expanding its reach and influence in improving the socio-economic conditions of those it serves through dedicated volunteer efforts and partnerships.
